Healthy Living Intro // How To

Now that graduation is inching closer and closer, I need to get my lifestyle back on track. I've found that the past couple of months have been well, not very healthy. Who can blame me? Summer is rapidly approaching and sometimes students just need a little break from everything. Well now that valedictory is one month away, I have to make sure I look great in my graduation dress.

The foods that I eat are honestly not that unhealthy. I think that my demise is that I have no motivation to exercise. I know I need to change that though so I actually got myself a gym membership at the country club. Hopefully this will jumpstart my motivation. Maybe I will be able to rally up some of my friends to join me on my health journey. I've been wanting to live healthier for a while now but again I've never really stuck to it. Now that my high school journey is coming to a close, I thought well why not start my health journey now? I'm getting ready to start a new chapter in my life so why not start healthy?

I'm actually really excited for this journey. I know that sometimes eating healthy and working out are not always the things that you want to do but I know for a fact that the end outcome will be totally worth it. I recently bought a new blender so that I could make veggie smoothies for breakfast. I bought the Ninja Professional blender because it was on sale and it looked like a really good blender for its price. I've read that having a veggie smoothie for breakfast is a great way to start eating healthier. I stumbled upon this website www.kimberlysnyder.com and found so many great tips. You should definitely check it out. On this website, I found a great smoothie recipe which I have copied down below.
